二手船价涨买家止步

贸易风周刊6月11日 福建 Guohang 船务集团等中国买家近日来因二手船价格急速上涨而停止公司船队更新的计划.( 图 1)
1. Chinese buyer hits the brake-
A Fujian-based owner is saying “enough is enough” on the S&P front.
Another aggressive Chinese buyer of secondhand tonnage has pulled out of the sale-and-purchase
(S&P) market because of spiraling prices.
Sources close to Fujian Guohang Ocean Shipping (Group) say it has put an end to a $125 million spending spree that peaked when prices crashed last summer. Brokers claim that the owner has played a shrewed game that has seen its investment increase in value by up to 50% over the past 12 months.
Fujian Guohang is the latest Chinese owner to issue an “enough is enough” message to the market.
Qingdao-based Da Tong Shipping modernized its fleet with the purchase of five bulkers during a 16 months renewal plan. However, senior officials at the bulker specialist told Tradewinds earlier this month that prices had risen too sharply for it to re-enter the market.

3. 因钢板涨价韩国造船厂率先提高新船造价达 15%,目前Capesize报价 6500万, Karmarax 4300万和 8000箱位每货箱 12000元美金.
4. 中缅两国签署合约从緬甸西岸之 Kyankpyu (皎漂市) 港口安装二条输油管前往昆明而不需经过马六甲海峽. 油管长达771公里, 每天输油量为40万桶.( 图 5 and 6).

1. -中国可能已经現 32.3亿万吨之原油儲存斟其中包括东部地裂处12.21亿万吨, 西部11.4亿万吨和海上 8.63亿万吨.
2. -中海与长荣于6月份开辟一条美西航线 (CPS2), 从青島-上海-宁波-沃克兰-洛彬矶-青岛.该航线启用4条4000箱位船, 来回航期为35天.

彭博新闻 6月15日
1. -据 UBS AG 2010年全球干散货海运數量将持续增长. 其中矿砂石上升12% 到 10亿万吨. 电力厂用煤上升6% 到7亿万吨. 炼钢用煤上升15% 达2亿5900万吨.
2. -巴西淡水谷公司对中国出口4月份下滑10%.为了跟力拓和必比拓的竞争该公司年来扩展船队和开发在中东和亚洲的 distribution 中心, 以便提高市场佔有率 (market share)
3. -因中国开始大量从非洲安哥拉进口原油拉长来回航程(约40天) 而提高 VLCC 运费.
二:造船 (Shipbuilding)
1. -据报导台湾造船厂为争取长荣 12条8000-teu新船订单, 正和国内造船厂商谈代造船身 (block) 然后运回高雄併装以便减低成本. 为符合长荣底价每箱 10000元美金与跟国内和韩国造船厂的竞争台船在报价单经己修改过三次.
2. -印尼国企油轮公司 Pertamina 向韩国现代造船厂订造2条 22500cbm LPG新船每条造价 4300万美金, 交船期为 2012年.
3. -纽约上市希腊 Delphin船务公司向镇江中韩合作之 Hantong造船厂订造7条 57000-dwt Supramax型干散船每条造价 2900万美金.
4. -新加坡太平船务公司 (PIL) 向大连造船厂订造 5条 24000-dwt MPP新船造价每条 2990万美元, 外加一条 1800-teu货箱船造价 3500万美元.
三:码头 (Cargo terminal)
1. -青島港黃豆码头堵塞, 目前有3艘正在卸货中, 本月中还有9条每艘装有6万吨货之船即将到来.
2. -巴基斯坦政府拨款 600万美金扩展该国西岸近波斯湾入口处 Gwadar港之码头和铁路设施.
3. -印度政府准备过4年于东岸之 Tamil Nadu开发一个新货箱码头. 该国东岸現有二个码头 Chennai (Madras) 年运作量400万箱和 Ennore 150万箱
4. -印度西岸 Cochin 港工作因 1000名货车司机要求改善待遇而停顿.

1. -BP之 “British Sapphire” (2008) 155000 cbm LNG 船二名船員在操练救生艇时因艇墜入海中而受伤.

5. 船舶买卖 (S & P)
The big talking point of this week has been that of Peter Georgiopoulos interests purchasing eight 35,000 dwt SPP built handysizes from clients of Metrostar for a total of US$ 266.1m. Baltic Trading Limited acquired for their clients three of these Handysize Bulkers for US$ 99.8m namely the M/V HANDY WIND (blt 2009) and the M/V HANDY COVE / M/V HANDY BAY (blt 2010), all have long-term contracts with Cargill S.A. with Baltic Handysize Index-based charter agreements. Genco Shipping & Trading interests purchased the other five Handysizes for US$ 166.3m, with three set for delivery in 2010 and two further Vessels delivering within 2011 with all 5 having long-term contracts with Cargill S.A. with a profit sharing and/or a Baltic Handysize Index- based charter agreement.
In the Supramax sector, the M/V SKY ANGEL (52,549 dwt 2001 blt Sanoyas) is reported sold to undisclosed buyers for US$ 29.5m.
In tanker S+P market, General Martime has purchased 5 modern VLCC’s and 2 Suezmax resales from Metrostar in an enbloc deal for a reported US$ 620m. The vessels are VLCC’s M/T CRUDESTAR (318,692 dwt 2003 blt Hyundai Samho), M/T CRUDEMED (317,550 dwt 2010 blt Hyundai), M/T CRUDESUN and sister M/T CRUDESKY (306,543 dwt 2007 blt Daewoo), M/T CRUDE PROGRESS (305,796 dwt 2002 blt Daewoo) and Suezmax sisters M/T CRUDE ZITA and M/T CRUDE ITA (164,925 dwt 2011 blt Hyundai Samho).
