今天是2011年元旦编者谨在此祝各位同学新年快乐,心想事成.

2010年对造船, 货箱码头和干散船业者来说是辉煌的一年, 因他们的业绩经已成为世界第一和第二.

From the perspective of coastal port, coastal ports achieved container throughput of 96.89 million TEUs in the first three quarters of 2010, of which, Shanghai Port seized the first place with throughput of 21.6 million TEUs, followed by Shenzhen Port and Qingdao Port. By August 2010, Shanghai Port (with total throughput of 19.067 million TEUs) has exceeded Singapore Port (19.011 million TEUs) for the first time to become the world’s largest container port. It’s expected that Shanghai Port will achieve container throughput of 27 million TEUs in 2010.

2.China yard boom continues  贸易风周刊1222

The orderbooks of China’s leading shipyards are continuing to grow with new contracts outpacing deliveries.

China's shipbuilding boom roars aheads.

China’s major yards have won orders for 68m dwt this year compared to deliveries of 61m dwt with the country’s shipbuilding industry also moving ahead in financial terms.

New figures from the China National Shipbuilding Industry Association which represents the leading yards show their output value is expected to total CNY 670bn ($101.5bn) with net profit reaching CNY 40bn ($6bn).

The Association said the output value of the yards through the first eleven months of this year was 25% higher on a year on year basis although the growth rate had declined.

The statistics appear to dismiss fears that global financial troubles might dampen China’s shipbuilding growth.

Figures from top shipbroker Clarksons earlier this month showed China as accounting for 36.8% of the world orderbook compared to South Korea with 32.3% while Japan was trailing with 16.4%.

3. All eyes on China for signs of what to expect  贸易风周刊1223

In recent years, shipping pundits have remained focussed on both overcapacity and China’s thirst for raw materials.

But with each factor pulling the fortunes of players either toward boom or bust, opinion remains divided on which is stronger.

However, a consensus appears to have developed on two points — particularly among shipping professionals in China who recently spoke to TradeWinds about what lies ahead — that China’s appetite will remain the dominant factor in the industry and 2011 will reveal if supply is simply far too great to accommodate demand.

Looking at some large Chinese companies’ newbuilding orderbooks — many of which were signed in recent months — it is easy to come to the conclusion that this demand will be soaked up by domestic players.

Make no mistake about it, China is the main battleground where the industry’s profitability in 2011 will be won or lost.

“Whether delight or horror follows,” he said. “This unveiling remains to be seen but we are not going to have to wait long to find out.”

 Shipowners are understandably looking to China for signs of what to expect in 2011.

Hong Kong-based mini-bulk specialist Asia Maritime Pacific (AMP), which focusses on the Asian trades, sees China holding the key for a range of shipping markets.

“The Chinese economy will mature at an impressive rate,” said chairman Chris Buttery. “Bulk may plateau but the project, plant and engineering trades will do well. There will be bottlenecks from time to time but overall good growth.”

 “Industrial output and demand for commodities such as thermal coal and iron ore will remain robust as well. The dry-bulk market will continue to see a large amount of iron ore, coal and grain being exported to China in 2011.”

二:造船 (Shipbuilding)

                1. -德国Beluga Offshore公司正在跟我国造船厂商谈有关建造2艘价值3亿美元的海上风电安装船.( 2).

        2. -广州南沙之中船龙穴造船厂已成为中国三大 VLCC 建造地之一. ( 3 -为建造中  VLCC). 

3. -台湾笫一船务公司向青島北海造船厂续购第二艘 82000万吨 Kamsarmax型干散船, 造价3380万美元, 交船期为2013.

4. -新船合同多数以美元付款但因最近美元之贬值给船厂帶来极大的压力. ( 4).

5. -越南政府发出一笔免息贷款给 VINASHIN造船厂以便支付员工薪水.

6. -STX 欧洲造船厂最近裁员 180.

7. -韩进造船厂最近也裁员 400.

               8. -长荣正跟台湾中船谈判 10 8000箱位船合约.      

               9. -NYK最近也裁员 170.
