近日,经国务院批准,招商局集团有限公司(简称“招商局”)与中国外运长航集团有限公司(简称“中国外运长航”)实施战略重组,中国外运长航整体并入招商局。 干散货运输领域的资源优势,实现规模及效益上的提升,为建设领先的干散货运输船队奠定基础;三是通过双方在地产资源、运营、管理的全面协同,结合邮轮母港、园区平台建设、跨境电子商务、金融互联网+等领域的突破创新,可有效地实现实业与地产的良性互动;四是结合双方在枢纽港、支线码头和驳运网络的资源优势,有望搭建覆盖长江经济带、珠三角的江海联运港航体系,并经过完善海外布局, 致力于搭建连接东南亚、欧洲等区域的港航网络体系和“21世纪海上丝路之路”供应链管理平台;五是顺应全球装备制造业的发展趋势,通过持续优化船舶修造及海工资源的配置,加强研发设计,实现产业的不断升级,在装备制造 业的细分领域中取得行业领先地位。 来自中国航务周刊 |
《劳氏日报》根据2014年各港口货物吞吐量数据统计,公布全球100大集装箱港口排行榜。
其中,前十强港口分别是:上海、新加坡、深圳、香港、宁波、釜山、广州、青岛、迪拜、天津。 上海港排名首位,前十强中国港口占据七席。
第十一至二十位的港口分别是:鹿特丹、巴生港、高雄、大连、汉堡、安特卫普、厦门、丹戎帕拉帕斯港、洛杉矶、长滩。前二十强中国港口占据十席,其中大陆港口八席,港澳台地区两席。
前100强中,中国地区的港口还包括:排名第26位的营口港,第27位的连云港,第47位的太仓,第50位的基隆+台北,第54位的东莞虎门,第55位的 南京,第63位的日照,第68位的烟台,第73位的福州,第85位的丹东,第90位的台中,第94位的中山,第95位的海口,第97位的汕头。

Bunker prices plunge below $200 to seven-year low

Global bunker fuel prices have plummeted to a seven-year low following bearish crude oil prices, with benchmark Singapore 380 cst fuel grade assessed at $168.50 per metric tonne (pmt) on Monday.
The last time that Singapore 380 cst bunker price dipped below $200 pmt was on 31 December 2008 when it was indicated at $198 pmt, according to data obtained by Seatrade Maritime News.
With oil prices continuing on a downward trend falling below $40 per barrel, marine fuel prices have been tracking the decline, decreasing steadily from $225.50 pmt on 26 November to $195.50 pmt on 8 December before slipping to $168.50 pmt yesterday, according to data from Ship & Bunker.
Compared to the year ago price of $342.50 pmt on 22 December 2014, yesterday’s price indication has plunged by 50.8% in the space of 12 months.
Elsewhere, three other major global bunkering ports have also recorded prices at below $200 pmt. Europe’s Rotterdam port saw its 380 cst grade priced at $142.50 pmt on Monday, while America’s Houston and Middle East’s Fujairah recorded $141.50 pmt and $164.50 pmt respectively.

淡水河谷20艘VLOC大单再生变故
据贸易风消息,由于巴西矿商淡水河谷董事会发生意见分歧,中远与中海的合资公司中国矿运及招商轮船的VLOC大单或因此涨价。
知情人士透露,中远集团和招商轮船所下的20艘VLOC的中国船企原本计划于12月中旬开工建造,但是却由于淡水河谷董事会推迟该批船舶的建造而不得不暂时搁置。
该巴西矿商至少有2名董事对所涉VLOC租约提出疑问,这可能导致相关订造项目被推迟至2016年。一位知情人士称,“该公司的独立董事发出一些质询,并已因此召开紧急会议。这会导致新造船项目被往后推迟,从而引发建造成本大幅增加。”
他所说的大幅增加是指招商轮船和中国矿运恐须为这批船支付额外成本,因为它们推迟之后将意味着必须满足国际海事组织(IMO)的氮氧化物TierIII排放标准。
有市场人士提出质疑,认为新造VLOC或许是淡水河谷为了尽快出手其持有的现有VLOC,增加其现金流而设的幌子。对此,以上项目的知情人士表示,淡水河谷作为世界500强公司,总资产达500亿美元,这种可能性不大。
中国矿运和招商轮船的20艘VLOC大单于今年10月底敲定了承建船厂。中国矿运的10艘VLOC由外高桥造船承建7艘,渤船承建3艘,外高桥的首艘船交 付期原定于2017年年末,其余6艘原定于2018年交付。招商轮船的10艘由3三家船厂获得,南通中远川崎和大连中远川崎各建造2艘,其余6艘则由大船 重工打造,原定于2018年8月至2019年10月交付。

Port of Marseille Fos is to install the world’s two largest quay cranes at its Fos 2XL container facility next year, signalling its intention to return to “the major league” of global box terminals, port authority officials told a visiting press tour earlier this month.
The new super post panamax gantry cranes, built by Paceco SA of Spain, will measure 54 m high with outreach of 72 m spanning 26 rows across, allowing them to handle the largest containerships currently in service or on order.
The Eurofos terminal – belonging to Portsynergy Projects, a jv between DP World and Terminal Link (CMA CGM) - will start installation of the cranes at its terminal in February, with commissioning due in September/October.
Adjacent Fos2XL terminal Seayard – belonging to APM Terminals, MSC and Cosco - is expected to follow suit with an order for similar sized cranes shortly. Together the two terminals have a current throughput of just over 1m teu.

Crude Oil Carriers - With a slowdown in activity and the remaining December program now dried up, it seems as though a small downward correction was in sight. We do expect the January program to be fairly positive and possibly helping boost things up once more, however for the time being there seemed to be no rush to fix all available inquires which are set for the first half of January.
Oil Products - On the product tankers, CPP routes were on a strong positive track gaining quickly especially as demand seemed to be robust in the Far East. DPP routes on the other hand noted a drop in activity as demand from traders started to show signs of waning. Here too we have seen much life from the January program as of yet, something that may mean that we could end up with a fairly firm trading days
CHARTERING- Dry bulk (2015-12-31)
Today is the last day of 2015, a very exciting year for all the wrong reasons. Dry market has suffered its worst year as we experienced four Baltic Index historical lows: 509 on 18th February, 498 on 20th November, 471 on 16th December & the index saved the best for the last day of trading by hitting 478 on Christmas Eve). Asset values have fallen to extremely attractive levels, however the negative dry prospects are discouraging prospective investors. In addition, financing is almost nonexistent for the majority of the ship-owners who will have to pay hard cash for their new acquisitions. Although this year has not given us many reasons to celebrate, we remain optimists and would like to wish all of our readers all the best for 2016!
